Fishing there this weekend with the team. Never been there, anything I need to know? Do any of you guys know if you can charge your boat batteries in the campgrounds?

You guys will have a blast, things should be picking up nicely over there. Fun place to bust out the big rod and fish trees all day. Not sure on the campgrounds, we've always stayed in Holton.

Also, make sure you guys have a tourney permit if you don't already, they are pretty strict about it.

I believe they have electrical hookups in the campground. The lake's not hard to figure out and it seemed like they would eat just about anything if you get it in front of them.

whatever you do, do not throw a jig, crankbait or senko. They don't like those there.

Are you guys going to be there Saturday and Sunday? I am thinking about taking the boat out on Sunday (first time out). If you see a white and teal skeeter come by and say hi. I fish this lake a lot...they should be on by now!!!

Yes, many of us will be out there Saturday and then the T is sunday.
