well.............I can tell ya my moms uncle lives in Tuson, AZ......and if it gets 80 deg or below......he lights up the fireplacehe came up for g-ma Funeral and it was 65 here.....wer in tee's & caps.....he was wearing Goose down Parka & snow boots
We went to Las Vegas a couple of years ago (in Janaury) it was 55-60 degrees out side. we were wearing blue jeans, T-Shirts and windbreakers.
The LVPD bi-cycle officers were wearing those huge parkas with the hood zipped up - they looked like Kenny from South Park! was great for a few laughs.
