    it's simple,, just season your bird like you want if,,, take a brown grocery sack,,, and get it wet (plenty of water, but not to the point of the sack falling apart ), put bird in it and seal it up ,, next put in roaster pan ( bottom )... cook it like you would a oven baked bird.. will come out Golden Brown and Juicy

    That sounds good. I have heard of it but didn't know exactly what you did. You would think the bag could dry out and catch fire, but maybe not.

    just make sure the bag is soaked good,,, have done it many times
