Hey guys can anyone tell me what these holes are,and why is it turning my paint white?
When i bought the boat (secondhand )the guy said it just made it louder . The boat runs fine,but have no clue to the whiteness or those holes .Any info apperciated
Drilled exhaust holes, make it louder but really no help on performance. Probably turning white from the temps of the exhaust.

Hey thanks guys , is the white exhaust a thing that i need to have checked? or is this common ,It has good water pressure and it pees good. It is louder than others i fish with
are those holes just drilled ino the bottom part of the cowling or do they go into something
They are drilled into the exhaust track, it is a home made open header.They are drilled in the lower unit right were the water line is.
