Hey guys , Would like some information if possible. I have a 19ft Nautic Bay CC ( Yea I know it ain't no bass boat) with a 2004 Yamaha 150 carb not v-max. hyd. jackplate, 21m reworked By Mark. 56mph GPS.@ 5900 Rpm. Nathan (Hydrotech) said that a phase 2 # HT-3352 would fit this motor. My question has anyone installed on of these kits on a 150 (not v-max) and what kind of performance can i expect. Lower Unit gearing on this motor is 1.86/1
Karl I had one on a 18' Spirit bass boat and there were few if any 225,s that could run with it. It was setup right by the Yammie dealer and I loved that little rig. Don,t know what to tell you about how it will do on your rig but that has been the most bang for the buck I,ve ever got. Good luck Jim
Forgot to mention I thought mine had 2:00 to 1 L/U gearing. Jim
I had a 150 carb but with 220 carbs and a tuner added, it did 67 on the digital speedo with 2 guys and a full tank! (210 hp the retired racing mechanic said it would get with the mods, he was right)
Maybe check around with Hydro-Tec, etc and see what you can do without making her too moody...enjoy!

the heads are the best bang for the buck, also if you can get the bigger carbs that they sell. you won't be disappointed with anything that Hydrotech sells
