Had a good time today at trooper island. Almost froze to death and the boat wouldn't run but had fun anyway. It was good to meet some of the BBC'ers and put faces to names finally. Look forward to many more events. Won't be able to make the rally though. Did anyone catch fish?

We caught a few. Started off on the wrong foot When I left the plug out of the boat. I realized it when I got to the island. Lost track of time and didn't make the weigh in..
I saw your pics on your post. Good fish. I had a buddy almost sink on the Ohio river last week when he left his plug out. He was duck hunting and had about 8 inches of water in the boat before he got the plug in. Glad all turned out OK, bummer about missing weigh in though. We left around 2:00. Boat was acting up and we were frozen.
