Looks like Green River Lake is going to be full of water this fall. Summer pool is 675 and it is already at 684.56 with the inflow rate of 14876 cubic feet per second and still rising. Anytime Green gets high water it is always the last lake in the system that gets drawn back down. Barren,Rough and Nolin tail waters all feed into the tail waters of Green River Lake and they get pulled first. I asked a person at the corp of engineers why it was like that and to my surprise it has to do with some endangered mussel species around the Munfrodsville area. Guess I need to get used to fishing high water this fall
