Need your help, Ranger COOL hubs

Hey guys need some advice/help, drove to the lake the other day fished all day and on my way home i get about half way home and feel something shaking so i slow down and all a sudden the driver side tire fell off ranger trailer and trailer smacked the ground grinding, tire went flying and i pulled into a parking lot. just bought the boat and the dealership said they just did all the maintenance to the hubs and trailer and I'm new to this style, and want to know what i could have done to prevent and what now needs to be done, I went and got tire out of woods and put it back on just so i could get home and now need to know what to do, also am now missing the black cap piece that goes over the hub.Ranger 2000 trailer

What ya need to do is give the dealership a call and let them know what happened.

Dealership is over 2000 miles away is the prob

Should still be under warranty since you just got it, Id still call them. They may be able to work it out with you and make arrangements at a closer dealer for the repairs. Id def. be on the phone first thing in the am though.

Dealer isnt going to do anything so i need to now know what needs to be done now so i can get back fishing, im up north with very bad cell service for a few more days and need to know what all i need to do when i get back so i can get back out
