    Using composite for bunk boards???

I'm getting ready to change the carpet on my bunk boards and figured I'd just replace the entire boards/hardware all at once.

Just curious if anyone has tried using composite boards and how have they worked out???

Most composite boards are too flexible for bunk boards.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

Thought about it. .... and how many pressure treated 2x4's and 2x8's I could buy for the same money.
