Smart Craft Paddle Wheel

I have a pair of 2002 225 Opti Maxes and I keep getting a message about a pad wheel failure, I forget exactly what the message says. The paddle wheel is attached to the transom mount and spins freely. Can the wheel be removed and cleaned or does it have to be replaced, where can I find the part number for a new paddle wheel assembly.

Essentially, the only thing you can do is to visibly inspect the paddle wheel assembly, to ensure that the wheel can spin freely (no debris lodged in the wheel, preventing it from turning).

Also inspect the connector pins where it plugs into the engine harness for deterioration, corrosion, etc.

Those would be essentially the only two "user correctable" items.
