Anyone have any tips on storing deep fried chicken wings before serving? Would like to cook up some wings for the game tomorrow but don't really want to be hassling with the oil and grease mess when people are showing up. Was hoping to be able to deep fry them before hand then store them warm somehow for serving purposes.

I would put them in foil pans in the fridge overnight after cooking and warm them up on the grill to get some of the crunch back into the skin.

I guess I'm fussy, but I like mine fresh... I would do them before kickoff and then you will have great wings. If they sit, they get too soggy, and the coating isn't nearly as flavorful. If you do decide to store them, cover them up in a Tupperware container or the like so they won't dry out.
Buffalo wings are hard to do in advance - let us know how they turn out.
