sausage gravy

looking for a good recipe for sausage gravy i have some good vennison sausage and don't want to ruin it

since u have venison sausage, u will need a tad of cooking oil in a skillet, crumble up 1/2 lb sausage and brown it , when it gets brown sift some flour over the browned sausage and oil, stir it around & get the sausage & oil to start gettin a thick look about it, with all sausage coated good , then pour can of pet milk and can of whole milk in pan & stir until starts gettin thick over good heat, salt and pepper, ( lots of pepper) when it gets to the thickness you like remove it from the heat, I like it over loaf bread my self. it awesome
