    Pork Steaks

    Man I fired up the weber and not the smoker yesterday, Marinated a bunch of Pork Steaks for 24 hours. then put them on a really hot grill with mesquite wood, browned well quickly on both sides, then wrapped them in foil with sauce all over them, shut the pit down completely and came back about an hour later, open them up and they were falling apart and just delicious.
