    Luv bugs!!

Down here in Louisiana we have problems with the little black luv bugs splatting on our vehicles. At times we can't stand outside without them crawling all over us! They are harmless but contain an acid that will eat the paint off your vehicle if left unattended and become extremely hard to get off. What I do that works awesome is take a dryer sheet (like bounce or any brand) wet it thoroughly and wipe them right off! Keep it very wet. It suds up and pulls the yuck right off with no problems.

Back in 1975 I lived in Jacksonville ,Fl and had a 32 mile drive to work everyday.
What I found out is during Love Bug season if you drove less than 45 mph they bounce off anything faster and they mash!

That's some handy info right there! I'm heading to Fl in a couple of months and will be sure to remember that.

I also works better if you leave your turn signal on. People in FL have been doing that forever.
