always have your hand towel handy

when I replaced my troll motor cord/lanyard I made it about 3 feet longer than normal. I tied the knot for the handle in the normal position/length and had the extra 3 feet dangling past the handle. at the end of this I tied my towel for immediate and handy retrieval. shoudda done this a long time ago !!

That's actually a pretty good idea. Question though, isn't it destracting running down the water? ( Seems like it would be flapping in the wind )

my ranger has about a 4" step from the deck up and I never notice the towel flying in the breeze, if it did you could wrap the cord around the pedistal

I might give it a try. I tried having my towel tied to the lift lever under my seat and it didn't work out too well because it really impeeded my view going across the lake. That's why I asked.
