Cheap rod wraps...

Instead of buying the BPS rod wraps for around $4 EACH...go to Wal-Mart or any tennis shop and get the Wilson racket grip over-wraps. They come in several colors and you get 3 per pack and the cost is a fraction of BPS!!!!! They are very soft and confortable. I use Black, Blue, Orange and Yellow. Because all of my rods are by the same manufacturer and all reels are Curados...I wrap all medium action rods in one color, med heavy in another color, heavy in another and my crankbait rods in the fourth!!!! When tying baits on the night before it is MUCH esier to just work by colors and not have to worry about looking at each rod to get the action. Steve

They will last two+ years of pretty hard use. The use would be A LOT harder but I got this problem called WORK!!!!!!!! It gets in the way of a lot of fishing!! Steve

You can goto a bike shop and pick up handle bar tape/wrap as well.
