Thank you for the question. Just for the record, we are not the ones that are lending money, we arraign loans for buyers through banks. With that said, we do not set the rules, the banks do. Sorry to say there is no magic score that makes all things happen. We have seen everything from a 605 get approved to a 886 that we can not get bought because of very limited loan history. Sorry for what may seem like a vague answer but that is the way it goes. The credit report always tells a story and some lenders look at things differently.
