Is is possible that if you had 3 top crank shaft seals fail and now a lower unit that threw a gear, that maybe the crankshaft is out of balance or bent? Just not sure what could be causing my issues. Prop shaft is perfect.

Anything is "possible"... but it would be easier to determine if it's "likely" if we could have a little more information:

What WOT RPM are you achieving:
What PROP are you running:
