Reviving a Ranger 364V and Evinrude 150

Hey everyone, noob to the board here. Need advice. I recently came into possession of a '93 Ranger 364V with a '93 Evinrude 150 Intruder Spitfire series. The boat has been sitting in an enclosed storage or 6 years, last time it was started or in the water was 2002.

I'm mechanically inclined, but I'm not an outboard mechanic. I have owned several boats though. The previous owner didn't do anything special as far as long term storage, he just simply put it away.

What would you do first, and what would you have done? I figured I would try and drain out what fuel I could, pull the plugs, and fog the cylinders with fogging oil. The batteries were new in 2001-2, 3 deep cycle. I figure they're gone, but I'll try a charge. Dos this motor have 6 carbs? Would you have those gone through at a shop? Change out the water impeller? Would you just take it to a shop and have them go through it, and do what is necessary.

I'm in Oklahoma City, can anyone recommend a good shop within 50 miles?

Change Water Pump, Saprk Plugs, fOOT GREACE. Pour sea Foam Ingas Tank and run through serval times. Pour new gas and sea foam mixture intank and see if she starts up. May have to have carbs re worked. This is what i DID TO GET MINE STARTED WHEN i BOAT MY BOAT.
