Aluminum boat/ touch-up paint

I have a Xpress X-70, and it is 4 years old. The previous owner was veryhard the boat, causing lots of scratches down to the aluminum. My question is what is the best way to fix ? I am not sure where to start, I have a friend who does touch-up/body work on cars, and he is willing to help me. He asked what kind of paint is used on Xpress, and if there is a clear coat. I am new to the aluminumboat world so I just need some good info on how to get him started in the right direction. Thanks guys!

alot of boat builders use PPG brand of paint, check with your local auto paint supply house to see if they can help you out.

you can get touch up paint from express dealer to match.
i redone the bottom of my express to smooth out the pad
and welds and used base clear on the bottom, check out
the express board i have some pictures on there.
