I remember there used to be this product on TV where you would heat up this patch , smear some color matching substance on the tear area and the patch would blend in and the tear would be unnoticable and fully repaired. It was one of those ON TV info mercial products. Anyone know if this is a product that can still be purchased?
try this instead. Much easier to use as you don't have to match colors. This stuff works very well.

Back in april I bought the repair kit your talking about at pep boys over by you on 46.
not sure what the issue is/was. I just ordered some without an issue two weeks ago.

hmmm I order the LM 2050 glue for all my Vinyl repairs as it actually glues the item together so you don't have to match colors
