Roger has the $$$$ to handle that.
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.
Hi Mike.
But I bet he ain't happy about it. I think he owns the place! https://www.motortrend.com/features/...edway-indy-500
The money they have made off the many times they have bent the rules more than make up for when they do get caught.
Pocket Change For Rog..
Roger owns Indycar. He has to pay the fines to himself.

Roger Penske is a cheater . He has already been busted with his drivers having traction control and shifting and illegal boost at a road course race . Roger Penske OWNS the Indy Car Series and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway . Seems a huge conflict of interest . Makes the series a sham . Only series more corrupt than Nascar . He should go into horse racing , he could own all the horses in the race .
Penske believes in pushing the line
Crew chiefs, engineers, racers have been pushing the limits of rules since the beginning of racing. This is one time they got caught. As Smokey Yunick said, "you don't race cars, you race the rule book".
Don’t understand why this wasn’t caught before they qualified. You know the cars have to go thru inspection before they qualify.
This is Not the first time they got caught . Penske was caught cheating at a road course race last year . This involved push to pass and shifting and traction control all done by computer programs , his cars were the only ones with the technology . But , I ask this question , when you own the series and the track . Who is catching you cheating . Penske owns the Indy Car Series and the Indianapolis Speedway , they make their own rules and enforce their own rules . This is not the first time a cheating scandal has hit Penske .
Fired three today,Cindric, Moyer and another. Should have watched the engineering closer. Give Penske credit, though, always read the rules. Like Nascar,if it was not in the book, fair game.
Money will make folks do crazy things. Cheating ain’t easy.
Your kidding right , Penske owns the Indy Car Series . He wrote the rule book . He enforces his own rules . You act like these guys are pushing the boundaries of engineering . The tech inspectors are Penske employees , they work for him . Anyone want to bet against a Penske car winning the race . Anybody want some of that home cooking !

Penske cars should be removed from the race . It is a joke at this point .
It's only cheating if you get caught. Ever seen the picture of Dale Sr. Holding up the rear of his car with his foot while they are measure out the front. At the stakes these guys are running if you're not pushing the limits you aren't going to win. Sometimes you step over the limit and get caught.
