FOM Legacy series tournament Aug 8 & 9 08. Not sure where they are putting in at but sure it is on the USA side somewhere. Looking for info on where not to stay, what license's I need, does my 11 year old need one.

Fishing out of a TR 186 with 150 on back. Sounds like big water and I don't want to take any chances with my son. Can anyone give some fishing info.
