2019 x21 I talked to someone that knows

I have not been able to get over 65 mph with just me in it. Been trying to get a little better top end. Talked to Mark about working on my prop. he referred me to a Xpress dealer. He said about 67-69 was about all I was going to get with 2 talons. Xpress made some changes in 2017 and he said they are not as fast but ride better. I am not going to spend $700 for 3-5 more mph.

What is your prop to pad? I have the 2018 X21 and I'm only running 60 at 6000 rpm trimmed up and 3'' prop to pad 25P fury prop.

2020 X21, before I flashed it, I was at 62mph at 6,000 rpm WOT when it was a 200hp. 25p turbo FXP. Now I have it as a 300hp with a 27p tempest and runs right under/around 80mph right at 6,000 rpm. However, I dont have talons. Hope this reference helps.

You flashed it and gained 18mph ish? Holy hell. Why would anyone buy a bigger motor than a 200. It's cheaper to spend the grand to flash it.

I rearranged the weight distribution. The 200 wasnt enough to push my boat when we head to the camp on the water loaded down so I flashed it. Now it has the power then some. I didnt do it for speed but got curious of what it could do.
