I have an Aunt and Uncle who are way up in their years who live very near Deep Creek. I am planning a visit this summer and would like to get my Uncle out on the water. What can I expect from Deep Creek? Bass? It looks to me from just driving past a couple times that it may be a busy place? Lots of recreation boating?
Any horsepower limits? Can I obtain something like a week long tourist fishing license or will I have to buy a full non-resident license?
Fill me in guys.

hey blue..You can get a 7 day license. If you load out of state park it is now going to cost you to launch boat. But its the best facility to do it. During summer it does get tons of skiers,jet ski and pleasure boats. Most bass guys are out early and out late. You can fish till about 9am or 10 tops then the fishing shuts down to all the traffic. You can fish the deep holes as long as you dont mind the constant up and down of the boat. Deep Creek is a pretty lake to fish. Good luck and enjoy!
