    Compression test

Which terminals on the relay do you jump for running a compression test. Don't wanna fry my electronics, so I just want to be sure. Since it will be a one person job I need to do it at the motor.

    Thanks

6-3 would be less current through your remote starter button/switch

That makes sense, like the solenoid pass the load

+1 6-3 would be the safest method.

    Re: Compression test (EuropeanAM)

Are you guys sure on 6-3?

3 is a small terminal, small contact that pulls 6 to 1 when key switch is activated.

Safest way would be + battery term. to + starter lug.

JAZII</TD></TR></TABLE>Correct Joe, It should be 6-3! The small terminal is the one that is triggered when you turn the keyswitch anyway. The solenoid or relay uses low voltage to control high voltage and amp draw.
