I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for mixing up the color, "bone." I use createx. It always ends up too dark, so I'm thinking it may be a more complicated mix than white/gray. Any help would be much appreciated!

i use model master,light ivory. its a enamel paint,but,they may make it in a water-based paint also. check your local hobby shop or hobby lobby.![]()

I use white and add a drop or 2 of sunrise yellow

A white base and Deco art glow in the dark over it makes a nice bone with a little punch to it.![]()

do you have to thin that Deco paint?
Yep.. I use alot of Anitas craft paint from Hobby Lobby. I like their metallic paint and shoot it through my harbour freight airbrush. I thin with water and a little future floor finish.
They sell this glow paint as well. I'm going to Hobby Lobby right now to get some more colors.Here is the glow paint on a few baits.

FYI... Looking at all the craft paint colors, there are so many off white types there, you have many choices to get what you want.![]()
