I'm just getting into airbrushing lures and i'm trying to figure out how to come up with certain colors? Mix some and if it doesn't work, toss it? trial and error?
Does anyone know of a color reference book, or chart. Several screw ups could get costly!

I just mix a few drops at a time in the airbrush bowl. It's not the most precise method and there is some waste, but it's not much.
What colors are you trying to mix? I may be able to help you with that.

blue/greens, pumpkins, shads, chartreuse, etc...

Make sure you keep a log everytime you mix a certaqin color. Failure or success. Keep a log of what colors you put in and what color was the result. That way you can go back and see exactly how many drops you used, and someday those not right colors mite be just what you are wanting. Good Luck
most craft shops will have a color wheel that shows you how to mix colors . blue& yellow make green , red& white make pink ect. ect . works really well for my soft plastics, should work for your air brush as well

Hang on guys!!! I need to/should have clarified something; I know all about the color wheel, and the fact that yellow/blue make green etc. My background IS art!!
What I was hoping to find was someone that knew if you wanted pumpkin, it is 1 pt brown and 2 pts blue, etc...
