I was by the Sevierville one a couple weeks ago and it looked ridiculously crowded.
Also one of the few places that have DEF besides the non-semi truck diesel pumps!
we stopped at that one about two months ago - took 20 minutes once we got off highway just to get up to pump and took another 20 min to get back on Road - won't stop at that one again - there must of been a 700-1000 people in the store. stopped at crossville one on Monday and was not very busy
I think the sliced turkey sandwich is worth the stop in itself
We stopped at the one in Melissa a few weeks ago and nearly every gas pump and most of the parking lot was full. The wife had never been in one before so it ate up almost an hour.

I have never gotten gas at one any way but when we were there the wife asked why they had so many pumps and that was my answer. Yeah a man could get tied up in one of them long enough to get a full chargeThis was not directed at you in anyway.

Only been once to the one near Richmond Ky. they did have a large area with charging stations for EV's.
If you are grouchy, shake your fists at clouds or hate people then it's not the place you will enjoy stopping at.
It's designed to be big, loud, cheesy and fun on purpose. It's not designed to be a quick stop or a regular gas station. Expecting it to be anything other than a tourist type destination/ attraction is like going to McDonald's and expecting to get a good steak.
If you want a fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful employees, clean bathrooms and just about any snack or drink you can think of along with Oakleys, Costas, Reefs and such then stop and have fun. If not then pass it by.

They had truck loads of grilles, smokers, blackstones, fire pits and ice-cream makers out front when we stopped at a good price.
Their boss called and said there no way in hell their stopping and fighting that crowd...Two of the Boss where my wife works is headed to DFW for meetings and the staff sent a Buc cee shopping list to bring back Friday..

Only been to one once so there's that and I think they're the ones with the spelling problem just like Quik- Trip and Kum-N-Go.
