HDS Pro's / AT 2 - Switching to Lithium power, and just realized I may need to rewire

Here's something I've never run into and need some advice on...

Right now, all of my electronics are hooked up to my cranking battery. Everything Lowrance wise is connected to a Sea Clear harness, with one exception - the yellow power-on wire for my AT 2. That wire is connected to a factory accessory switch on my Triton dash. That power is also coming from the cranking battery, as it is connected to the fuse box.

Future setup - My Lithium battery is finally on order. Paid for a 165 ah Monster Marine yesterday (super nice, helpful people). Should be shipped this week, so I'm prepping, and just realized this:

I'll just be moving my Sea Clear harness from the cranking battery to the new Lithium. Simple - Right? Well... how about that one yellow turn on wire that is still connected to the cranking battery? The cranking battery is an AGM. So I'll have the AT2 power coming from the Lithium, but the "wake up" coming from the AGM.

Is this going to cause problems, in your opinion?

    All the best,
    Glenn

No, power is power. Might need to make a jumper ground wire, but that would be all and “if” needed.

The yellow wire just supplies the wake up boost. Power is actually supplied by the red wire. So, it is going to be powered by your new lithium

Well... I tested it today. Works fine just the way it is - no jumper between batteries or anything. Red and Black are on Lithium. Yellow wake up wire and the AT2 Module Chassis ground are connected to the boat's starting battery.

You are running the main power from the new lithium through a switch right?

Just had the Sea Clear harness installed on my boat. My rigger put seperate switches for the Active Target box and the Side Scan box. Other than the connection at the battery, the boats system and my electronics are totally separate and stand alone..

Correct. Sea Clear harness with the positive side through a cut-off switch.
