Does anyone use magic markers to add color to their plastics? If so, any worries about scent? I know they have special scent markers but I wanted to find out if common household markers work just as well.

I use a Sharpie on some baits- usually moving soft baits with good results. Of course, dipping tails in Spike-It works also!
magic markers tend to smear, if you are a no boater bring a spike it marker and not the bottle. had an uncomfortable tournament when I had a spill. Lurecraft makes plastic paint that is really great and dries quickly

I got a good collection of spike it and zoom markers, all work great for on the water changes... I save the sharpies for braided line...
permenant markers bleed.
Go the extra $$ and get spike it.
