    HDS live 9 store etc black screen

    Hey, I just bought an Lowrance HDS live 9 unit with 3-in-1 transducer. Out of the box I got it to connect to my wifi, but it didnt give me any updates or it said that latest was installed, out of the box it had something like 21.1. When i tried to register to genesis or go to the store it loads up but shows only a black screen. It does not affect the performance etc, I can just go back to main menu and all that.
    I updated the unit via SD card to version 23.3, hoping that the bug will be fixed, well it didnt. I still get the same black screen whenever I try to access something that is related to the internet. While all this is happening it says that I am connected to internet.
    I have tried to hard reset but it did not have any affect.
    From googling it seems that no one else have had this issue??

    Since its new take it back to the store and replace it on the spot. Lowrance allows that within 30days that way you don't have to deal with Lowrance and wait with all the crazy crap going on right now. This is the policy in the US assume same where you are at.
