Can you give a little more info? Have your tried with a portable tank hooked up?
its my friends boat, the only thing I know he's done is replace the primer bulb. It acts like its starved for fuel.
Could be many things. I suggest he borrow a portable gas tank and connect it to the motor then go from there.
