Evinrude Ficht Codes

I ran the diagnostic software on my 1999 Evinrude Ficht: MOD: E200FPLEEN
S/N: G04696626 and only got the software working for a second. It had codes of 26,28, and 82, but none of them were the "hard" codes. Can anyone help me out with these codes?

The problem i am experience is that i just pulled my boat out of storage. I kept it in a local greenhouse for the winter and believe it was a huge mistake. The greenhouse had a temp of 89 when i went to pick the boat up, and it was 47 degrees outside. I brought the boat out for the first time and ran it for approximately 5 minutes before the check engine alarm sound went solid and my boat rpm's cut down. As soon as the check engine alarm began to sound i shut the motor down and i just trolling motor'ed back to the launch. I stored the boat with approximately 30 gallons of gas out of a 47 gallon tank and topped it off when i brought the boat out of storage. I had a little marine stabile in it and a little regular stabile, but i don't believe it was enough for the recommended amount for the 30 gallons.

The CHECK ENGINE light can mean a number of things, such as water in the gas, overheated ECU, charging voltage out of spec, etc.

You may in the past had stiff shifting linkage, a weak battery, and an open ignition circuit.
