If a Dbl Digit Fish is caught, or you have a large fish not doing well; AND for the well-fare of the fish, are we going to be allowed to take it to Jerry and get a weigh slip and then release the fish so that it may survive?

How we did it last year

Take it up to Jerry and get it weighed, he will give you a card with both the time and weight of the fish. Bring the card to the official weigh-in and that weight will be added to the weight of any other fish you might catch. This is exactly the way we did it last year inorder to prevent the death of large fish.
