Afternoon all y'all ... too late for for me, so will settle for iced tea until game time ...

Son & D-I-L are on their way home from a skiing trip to Ruidoso, the grandcritters we've had since thursday can go home ... Love them to death, but 4 straight days of them is not healthy for Nana's & Pawpaw's relationship

GRANDPA, WERE THE GRANDKIDS STARTING TO GET ON THE OLD NERVES??? I would feel sorry for you but I can't, we had 5 living us with for several years. They ranged from new born to 8 years.

I think Nana is as ready if not more so than I am for them to go home. I can kinda tune them out to a point, and every time they want something, they go to her.

You're a tougher guy than I am. We had the daughter and her 6 and 4 year old move in with us right after Christmas last year. They left in July amid mixed emotions. Nice to have the house back to ourselves, but sad to see her go back to the worthless S-I-L.

Yeah, it does get kinda a hard when the little fellas moved out. Not so much with the parents.
