2008 200 etec ho good or bad

I am looking at a boat with a 2008 etec 200 is there anything to be scared of and is it possible fir it to have came with 7 years warrenty

If it was from one of the sales incentives, the motor had a 3 year factory warranty and a 4 year service agreement with FPC. The 4 years coverage is for named parts in the contract that would be replaced and paid for ($25 deductable) by FPC. Only the listed parts are covered and there is a list of non-covered parts for any reason. It helps with the expensive ones but you do have to prove that all the factory maintenance has been done at required intervals should the company ask for it.
