Minn kota 4 bank multiple red lights

I have a 4 bank minn kota onboard, and it is showing 3 red lights(meaning 3 batteries are below 8v). Replaced all 30amp fuses on the leads. I have disconnected the leads to one of those batteries and hooked to a battery i know is good and the red light goes away. However, i tested all 3 "red light" batteries and only 1 is bad. Why would the charger show a red light for a battery that tests 12V? I should add that my mechanic allowed my batteries to die completely without charging them at his shop but now they will accept/hold a charge, just not from my minn kota. Could the bad battery have shorted out other banks in the charger? Red light batteries are cranking and 2 out of 3 TM batteries. Thanks in advance.

I would try charging each battery with a manual charger then try your minn Kota charger and see if it picks them up

Are these lead acid or AGM? My 440 PC started doing that on AGM's but was fine on regular batteries.

Actually both, cranking is agm others lead acid. But i done got her figured tonight! Charger was stuck on reading they were all dead, simply hooked the charger leads to a good battery then back to the "dead" batteries and it somehow resets the charger and now it will charge those batteries it was saying were dead. The battery i tried that on the first time was actually dead so it didnt work but decided to try it on the rest since they tested for 12v and like magic i only need one battery instead of 3 lol thanks for replying guys!

Pretty old trick, hooking up a good battery. Most leave the charger hooked to the low battery, then use jumper cables to fool the charger into starting.
