    Help with Chickamauga

Hey all how is everyone? Well I recently moved to Chattanooga and am still trying to figure out Lake Chickamauga. I know that the fish are in the shallows now and hitting on some spinners, light in color, but would like to know how well plastics work. I really work Yamasenkos a lot and was wondering how well they do here. Also and good spots to try? I put in at Harrison Bay state park but don't mind a ride. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also is the a local bass club here? I tried e mailing the people at Chattanooga Bass Association but they never got back to me.

    Thanks for any help

    Re: Help with Chickamauga (bluewingjb)

There is some really good fishing close to Harrison Bay. Shoot me a PM sometime, I'll be happy to get you going in the right direction.

If you like short afternoon tournaments, there is one every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6 to 9 pm out of the Harrison Bay State Park Ramp. They just started them up last week and they will run all through summer.
