I have a 2002 200hp Rude model E200FPLSN. When letting it warm up in the mornings and moving around the engine will die when I shift to neutral. Any suggestions what to look for. I changed and indexed the plugs and no change.

2019 Ranger 520c. Mercury 250XS 4 stroke
A good de-carb and cleaning the exhaust pressure sensor will usually solve that problem.
