I don't know how to check, but I know most are high and closed here. I'm sure the other lake are having high water too.

Gibson is 23' above normal. Current is swift, Water is muddy and the lake is full of trash & logs ec. IF you found a place to put in it would be dangerous as he!!.
Hudson is 13-1/2 above and I'm sure it's the same.
Kerr I don't think has a whole lot of elevation change to play with but according to the corp site it has 132000cfs running through it so the current has to be unreal. Not to mention all the trash etc. I've seen going down the Verdigris and Arkansas has to be going through there too.
If I were you I'd be looking at Tenkiller, Eufala or Eucha
