    Gt22hw no 800mhz DI option on 1040xs??

    I don't seem to have an option on my 1040xs up front with a gt22hw for 800mhz DI. When I go to select frequency all I get is 455, but Garmin advertises the gt22hw as 455/800. Am I doing something wrong?

    That's all I get with mine was 445... I tried and could not get it to do it.. I tried on both units (547xs) and nothing.. Now I need to know also..

    Well just chatted with Tim at Garmin. He actually hooked up a GT22HW to a 1040xs while I was on the phone. Says his only shows 455 also so the 800khz must not be compatible with this unit.

    Would be nice if garmin noted this on the transducer specs. With that said the 455 seem to work pretty well. Now if I could get the 2D chirp on this to work as well as my Airmar Tm150M.
