Best prop for 2015 skeeter zx225 with 225 SHO

What's the best prop for top end speed on this set up?

26 FXP if you got a manual plate.

It would be really hard to tell though, depending on how your setup is. Generally whichever prop you can spin at 6k will be fastest. I have run 6 different props on mine, and no matter which pitch or work, the one nearest to 6K plus rpms was fastest.

I've had the best luck out a yamaha 25p t1 but spun the hub. Tried a 25p fxp last week could turn 6,000rpms with two people but only got 68mph on the gps, about 4 mph slower than the t1 was

25 T1 is really hard to beat as an overall prop on that boat.

So far, the 25p T-1 has been my fastest. It turned too many rpm's, so I sold it. I'm still working on a suitable replacement.

That is the vented version, which have begun to fade out due to Yamaha having all 4 strokes.

Interesting....hope Randy nailed it...Croxton sent the 26 FXP prop yesterday...so only 2 to test...and let it be if as near 6k as I can get WOT.
I am not one to over-mess with my setup...cruising at 68-70gps all day full load will get me there...new ZX225 due next week.

Cruising with 5 fatso bass in the well is more important than straining for 74mph or whatever the fantasy number is these days...
    rock on!
