As stated, lets see your rigs. This isn't a great pic of mine, but it's a 196 Layton. I'll get some better pics shortly.Being i'm single I didn't need a big trailer, and this one is nicely laid out for what I needed.

I am not the Weight Police, but you look like your 8' bed single rear wheel truck is squatting badly. I've never seen a 3 axle trailer that is light enough on kingpin weight for a 3/4 ton. I strongly suggest you have your truck and trailer weighed on a truck scale--checking against the weight capacities on your door post. Such trucks are usually towed by 1 ton diesel trucks with dual rear wheels.

Joe that thing is too small you need a bigger one![]()
We're new to the camping world. My wife and I thought it would be fun to get away from time to time and just unwind. Being in central Arkansas, we're not short on camping spots. So, we're gonna give it a whirl. I feel like we kinda lucked into sweetheart of a fifth wheel. Just bought it last month. It's a one owner, 2003 33 ft RLBS. Everything works to perfection, and it seems to be very well maintained. New tires, new awning, two flat screen tv's, two hydraulic slides, corner shower, etc. I'm happy as can be with it. Can't wait to get going with it!

Very nice rigs.
IMG_1326.jpg My weekend view from my camper.![]()
The truck in the pic is not my hauler even though it's almost the same. Mine is short wheel base 4x4 with helper springs added. Total weight of the camper 16000 empty no idea what hitch weight is. Before the springs was added it was rated at 6000 lbs on rear axle. When I hook up it only drops the rear about 2 inches.
I've never been able to load pics...![]()
