New Procraft owner: 1998 215 combo

image.jpgI have recently purchased a 1998 Procraft combo 215 with a 225 mariner. The boat has 62.5 hours on it and has been garage kept its whole life. I am the second owner of this boat. I would like any information anyone has to offer about it. My main questions are this:
Where can I find an owners manual for this boat?
How do I get the Bimini out from under the back seats?
Where can I find the back deck pads?

I tried to upload a picture but it failed.

Congrats and welcome. I'll take a stab at your questions:
Owners manual. THis is a common question, and I've never seen one online but I would just say that boat owners manuals are not like car owners manuals, they contain almost no useful information (like how to get the bimini out). The are full of full of legal disclaimers and warnings to always use your lifejacket, obey USCG capacities. They arent written for a particular model, just one manual for all 1998 procraft boats. If you want to see how things work you gotta search online (bbc is great) for other's posts.

The center section of the rear bench seat probably doesn't come out. Some hinge, some don't but I've never seen one come out.

Look for the rear deck cushions in the previous owners garage -- sorry but theyre typically too big to stow anywhere and if your boat came with them (usually an option) they probably got stashed somewhere. You might be out of luck, sorry.

Welcome, I hope that helps you some.
