Move to St Louis. I have 4 different friends that work at Monsanto, one of them is at a very high level and I'm here to tell you it's an incredible place to work. They offer very high pay, liberal vacation time and benefits as well as a top notch campus. They're even closed from Christmas till after New years, it's like an extra week of vacation! Either way, good luck finding your gig!
