This was passed along by Hoppers Restaurant while we were visiting Mt Home AR fishing a Bass Cat OI. I had a few request over in the lounge.

Melt one stick of butter in a 9X13 pan

Mix together and pour this over the butter

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk

Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over the mixture. Top with 1 and 1/2 cups boiling water. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more (make sure middle is done).
