I thin the paint with water normally and have lately been using windex. So I buy a $1.00- $2.00 bottle of paint and get twice as much after it's thinned. I have been using my wifes old nylons around the top of the bottle before I put the cap back on to filter the paint as I use it. When I dont use all of the paint in the airbrush I have been dumping it out as it's a pain to take off the cap and deal with paint filled nylons....
But today I went on a mission to fix that.![]()
I found that my local hardware store sells a very fine faucet filter washer that fits my bottle tops.Works just like I wanted them too and only $0.70 each... Reuseable and washable..
