Love the pic….. love how it looks so old…. Judging by the boat and orange stripe mariner with the “grey ghost” sticker, I’m saying that’s ‘84 or ‘85….. wait, that IS old!!
I couldn’t or didn’t guess Ken Cook but I definitely remember him… his spinnerbaits were Hart tackle branded.. had a little red tube on the shaft!! And a red heart on the head…
first thought I kinda wanted to say tommy Martin or Harold Allen… they all ran skeeters back then… Rick Clunn did too..
Yeah, Tommy was my first thought, but wasn’t quite Tommy. A closer look I could tell. When I read marshman’s post and he mentioned Harold Allen, I thought that’s the other resemblance I was looking for. I forgot all about Harold. Him and Cook always did resemble each other I thought. And you’re right also, those older Skeeters definitely had the look back then.
