2007 Puma fuel pick-up
My 2007 Puma is having a wierd issue when switched to the main tank. It runs great until it gets about half empty, then it cuts out. I switch to the rear tanks and it is fine.
I don't know what the fuel pick-up looks like but was wondering if its possible for something to fall off like halfway down?
If so how hard is it to fix?

It is possible and it is also possible ethanol has prematurely degraded the pickup tube.
We've seen all sorts of things since Ethanol has been in fuel.
pull the sender and see if half the tube is rotten off or has pin holes and sucking air also?
